Mutia’s body was found in a bag and placed on the side of the road in front of Forest Park, Dolat Rakyat Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency, Tuesday (22/10/2024) at around 10.30 WIB in the morning.
The victim’s body was found in a bag wrapped in a sheet. It is known that Mutia Pratiwi herself is a former convict in a narcotics case. He was arrested by the Pematangsiantar Police Narcotics Unit on Sunday (26/2/2023) last year.
